CES Ireland is a founder member of MEI-RELSA. MEI-RELSA was established on the first of January 2000 with the merger of two existing associations – RELSA and MEI. RELSA, the Recognised English Language Schools Association was established in 1969 as the trade association for the English Language School industry. Marketing English in Ireland was founded in 1993 as a cooperative marketing group for English Language schools. The result of the merger is a coherent industry body representing the majority of Quality Recognised English Language Schools in Ireland.
ONLY CES Ireland is a member of this organisation.

Founded in 1991, EAQUALS is a pan-European association of language training providers aiming to promote and guarantee quality in modern language teaching institutions. To achieve these aims it has established and published a demanding set of criteria for membership. Membership is open to private or state institutions which are involved in the delivery of quality English language training or are in some way, committed to the achievement of excellence in the area.

CES Swandean is one of about 300 private schools in Britain to be accredited by the British Council for the teaching of English as a foreign language. It has been accredited by the British Council since 1983.

English UK is an association of more than 300 English Language schools and colleges accredited by the British Council. The association promotes its members' courses, provides a training and development programme for its members' staff and represents its members' interests with the British government, British Council and many other bodies.
