Inda has been teaching English as a Foreign Language for over 20 years, where she has worked with many learners from a variety of different backgrounds and nationalities, both here and abroad. She started her teaching career in Kenya, where she worked for the British Council in a variety of roles, namely as a; teacher of English, IELTS examiner and professional development trainer. Much of her work involved training locally and regionally (mainly Sub-Saharan Africa) to deliver bespoke programmes to the public sector and corporate organisations. In the UK, she has delivered General English, IELTS preparation classes and Academic English; having worked at Leeds Beckett, the University of Leeds and Sheffield Hallam University. She holds a CELTA, a Trinity Licentiate Diploma, Masters in TESOL and an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner) Certificate. As a trained OET (Occupational English Test) trainer she has helped participants better prepare for their tests. In her free time Inda enjoys, educative reading, travelling and discovering the mysteries of the universe!
