CES and the Irish Rugby Institute (IRI) have designed a programme to appeal to the needs and requirements of aspiring rugby players across Europe.
The programme is designed to help young players improve all aspects of their game from passing, kicking and tackling to nutrition, stamina, strength and the mental side of the game. During this programme, the CES players will also get the chance to join the young IRI players.
Please note that students taking this course must attend Mount Temple School. Students must bring their own rugby boots and gum shields/mouth guards.
Rugby is a tough physical sport and CES cannot accept responsibility for students missing days on the course due to injury or sprains.
Students will follow the standard English language classes from 09.30 - 12.45 Monday to Friday
and then four afternoons per week have rugby training from 2pm - 4.45pm with the I.R.I
Accommodation is in Irish home stay in shared rooms on full board basis.
