Justin joined CES in 1989 and has been leading the CES  team for the last 16 years. CES has grown from a single school in Ireland to one of the largest ELT & Teacher Training providers in Europe.

CES now has 8 year round schools, in Dublin, London, Edinburgh, Leeds, Harrogate Oxford, Worthing and Taipei in Taiwan.

Justin is also the current chair of EAQUALS, was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme, a past board member of MEI and ACELS and is currently on the ILAC membership committee.  He is also a mentor to a number of tech start-up companies in Ireland.
